“Good position and hospitality, but old room”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Brandon at the front desk was excellent, courteous, and made sure the one hiccup we had was corrected immediately. The beds were comfy and provided a good nights rest. Great location with easy walking access to many things. If I’m ever in the area again, I would definitely stay here.”

“lots of covered parking. breakfast was good. the room was decent, and things generally worked. front desk was happy to hold luggage after I checked out. Lots of paint and updates would be very useful. Only 2 of the floors had working ice machines. Generally just looked like it had been a couple of decades since things had been updated.”

“Convinient walkable location but no parking on site unless you vallet. Also no breakfast restaurant onsite, they have a nice coffee shop with to grab breakfast options. But i wish they had a proper order to cook sit down restaurant for breakfast. Room was big and spacious. Gym was good. Above average hotel”

“Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park.”

“I'd stay there again for a good rate - but it looks fancier than it really is. Modern / New Orleans feel to it works but the furniture is nicked up and room could use a little maintenance. I did sleep well. I'd call the hotel "millenialized" with an Ikea-quality gormet coffee theme and minimal staff communication. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. To check-in, had to wait about 20 minutes for desk staff to show up - really the only thing that needed to be cleaned-up.”
